The official installation service for Pastor Dave will be Sunday, March 9th at 2:00 P.M.
Representatives from the regional church, other Christian Churches, pastors, and ecumenical representatives will participate in this meaningful service where the symbols of ministry are presented to Pastor Dave as he assumes leadership in our church.
This is an important moment for the life of our church; as we experience the transformation God is bringing us, we celebrate new leadership together. The installation service is a long-standing tradition in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) which marks the dawning of a new era for our congregation.
Pastor Dave’s wife, Rev. Dayna Kinkade, Senior Pastor of the Norwalk Christian Church, will be our preacher for the event! A fellowship coffee will follow the service. |
