Connect Codes were designed for groups where the owner may not know every potential member or their email address. For example, a person that really likes volleyball but knows only a few people that play volleyball may start a group called “Local Volleyball”. He would then invite everyone he knows that plays volleyball by telling them the 6-digit Connect Code for the group. They will go to www.C2all.com and enter the code given to them to signup for the group. These new users can then pass along the 6-digit code to people they know that play volleyball, allowing the group to grow and reach more people than the owner could ever reach on their own. In our example it would eventually allow all of the volleyball players in the town to have one place to meet and discuss leagues and upcoming tournaments.

If your group does not have a need for Connect Codes you can simply leave them turned off for the group.
